Here at V3 Studios Inc. for those who want to leave less of an impact on the environment we all share , we offer many green alternatives to our building and finishing processes. Being a custom shop the client is allowed to vary to what degree they would like to take the green option. Some may only want to use plywood made from a formaldahyde free process while others may also want to include a water based, environmentally friendly finish as well. Budget and tastes may determine the degree to which the client will want to pursue green alternatives to thier cabinet or furniture order. Another alternative is to use reclaimed lumber in your project.

It is also imperative to conclude the standard building processes used at V3 Studios Inc. is by no means overtly harmful to the environment. For example, most veneer cored plywood that is used in our standard cabinetry is cored with reclaimed or deadfall lumber and the U.S. owned manufactureres do an excellent job at keeping formaldahyde emulsions at a minimum while producing plywood. All lumber purchased through the U.S. owned suppliers only use legimate labor and select harvest as much as they can and are FSC(Forest Stewardship Council) certified. More and more of these lumber companies are taking a lead in renewable plantations offering renewable and sustainable woods such as lyptus and alder.

As the owner of V3 Studios Inc. I cannot stress enough the exciting options you have as a client of ours to leave a greener footprint on the world around you through your cabinetry. Please browse the website for cabinetry made from sustainable lumber and formaldahyde free plywoods. All lumber and plywood used in all of our cabinetry and furniture is FSC certified as well. Many of the materials are fairly new to the scene and we are always keeping our eyes open for newer greener technologies to offer to our clients.
